-शहर से अतिक्रण हटाने के लिए सीएस ने किया हफ्तेभर का वक्त तय

देहरादून, दो वर्ष पहले 2018 में हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर दून में बड़े स्तर पर अतिक्रमण हटाओ अभियान चलाया गया. लेकिन इसके बावजूद कई इलाकों में दोबारा अतिक्रमण जारी है. प्रेमनगर इसमें सबसे आगे है।फिलहाल, प्रेमनगर निवासी आकाश यादव ने इसकी शिकायत हाईकोर्ट से की तो कोर्ट ने पूरे दून की स्थिति तलब कर ली. साथ ही चीफ सेक्रेटरी (अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए व्यक्तिगत रूप से जिम्मेदार) व पीडब्ल्यूडी सेक्रेटरी को अवमानना की कार्रवाई की चेतावनी भी दे डाली. फिर क्या था, सीएस ने तमाम डिपार्टमेंट्स व टास्क फोर्स की बैठक लेकर जानकारी ली. दो टूक निर्देश दिए कि अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ तत्काल कारवाई शुरू कर दी जाय। ये भी सुनिश्चित हो कि जिनके जरिए दोबारा अतिक्रमण किया है, उन पर केस दर्ज किया जाए.
नोटिस जारी
सैटरडे को हुई बैठक में चीफ सेक्रेटरी के निर्देश के बाद अतिक्रमण हटाओ टास्क फोर्स के अध्यक्ष नगर आयुक्त विनय शंकर पांडे ने अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए नोटिस भी जारी कर दिया. नोटिस में कहा गया है कि जिन व्यक्तियों को पूर्व में अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए नोटिस जारी किए गए थे, वह नोटिस प्रकाशित होने के एक सप्ताह के भीतर अतिक्रमण हटा दें. ऐसा न करने पर टास्क फोर्स बलपूर्वक अतिक्रमण हटाएगी औऱ इस पर आने वाला खर्च संबंधित अतिक्रमणकारियों से ही वसूला जाएगा.
-जनहित याचिका पर हाईकोर्ट ने 18 जून 2018 को दून में अतिक्रमण हटाने के दिए थे आदेश.
-आदेश पर प्रशासन ने 25 जून से 4 जोन बनाए, करीब तीन महीने तक अतिक्रमण पर की कार्रवाई.
-आधा-अधूरा अतिक्रमण हटाने के बाद कार्रवाई की रफ्तार पड़ी धीमी.
-करीब 8 हजार अतिक्रमण हटाए गए, 9 हजार से ज्यादा चिह्नित हुए.
-सितंबर-2019 में फिर से अतिक्रमण पर हुई कार्रवाई.
-करीब 3 सप्ताह बाद प्रशासन शिथिल पड़ गया.
